Start With our Initial Site Visit
Every new Maintenance & Restoration client begins with an Initial Site Visit.
$170 | 2 Hours
Our M&R Lead will walk the property with you, learn about your goals, assess the landscape, and identify opportunities for improvement. This isn't just a consultation. Once we've covered the essentials, we'll spend the remainder of the visit actively working in your landscape so that progress begins on day one.
Following the visit, we'll send a customized quote for ongoing service within 24-48 hours based on the goals, priorities, and opportunities discussed during our walkthrough.
Many clients choose monthly, bi-monthly, or seasonal stewardship visits after their Initial Site Visit, though no ongoing commitment is required.

What Our M&R Team Does (and Doesn't Do)
Our Maintenance & Restoration team focuses on ecological stewardship—not traditional lawn care. We help landscapes become healthier, more resilient, and more biodiverse over time.
We do:
- 🌱 Native plant care, garden maintenance, and seasonal stewardship
- 🌾 Meadow management, pruning, and ongoing habitat improvement
- 🌳 Orchard care, fruit tree maintenance, and edible landscape support
- 🌿 Invasive plant identification and removal (privet, honeysuckle, kudzu, English ivy, wisteria, and more)
- 🐝 Habitat restoration and biodiversity improvements
- 🌎 Soil health improvements, mulching, planting, and ecosystem support
- 🔍 Plant identification, landscape assessments, and guidance for better property management
We don't:
- ❌ Apply chemical herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic treatments
- ❌ Maintain landscapes designed around high-input, chemical-dependent practices
How M&R Differs From Our Installation Team
Maintenance & Restoration is focused on the ongoing care, management, and improvement of existing landscapes. For projects that involve new construction, major landscape changes, or built elements, our Installation Team may be the better fit.
Our M&R team does not:
- ❌ Install hardscapes such as patios, pathways, retaining walls, or other built landscape features
- ❌ Perform drainage work, grading, erosion control systems, or other site infrastructure improvements
- ❌ Install full property transformations over a short period
