Start With our Initial Site Visit
Every new Maintenance & Restoration client begins with our Initial Site Visit.
Our standard rate is $85/hour, and new clients begin with a 2-hour visit ($170 total).
During this visit, our M&R Lead will walk the property with you, learn about your goals, assess the landscape, and identify opportunities for improvement. This isn't just a consultation. Once we've covered the essentials, we'll spend the remainder of the visit actively working in your landscape so that progress begins on day one.
Following the visit, we'll provide a customized stewardship plan within 24-48 hours which includes our recommendation for ongoing service.
