Amorpha fruticosa
False indigo is a native, flowering shrub that typically grows up to 12' tall. It is a part of the legume family and will fix nitrogen into the surrounding soil. A wonderfully hardy and tough plant. Great for wetter areas, they often will pop up naturally in riparian areas.
