Eriobotrya japonica
Loquat is one of our favorite fruit trees for Atlanta. It is evergreen, has beautiful tropical foliage, produces a citrus-alternative, and is self-pollinating! The fruit is also used as a cough remedy. Grows 30' tall by 15' wide.
