Hesperaloe parviflora

The red yucca is a drought-tolerant, evergreen perennial native to the Chihuahuan Desert of Texas and northern Mexico. It features slender, arching, blue-green leaves with fibrous edges and produces tall spikes of tubular, coral-red flowers that attract hummingbirds from late spring to summer. Despite its name, it is not a true yucca but is related.
